We are working with a global business who are looking to hire for the role of Product Sales Manager in Athens, Greece. This role places you at the heart of regional sales performance, collaborating with Sales Managers and proposal teams to drive business results and unlock new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and position the full suite of 2-stroke service solutions across regional sales teams and directly with customers
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities, collaborating with customers and internal teams
- Occasionally lead capture teams, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration
- Champion best practice in opportunity management, including CRM usage and pipeline discipline
- Collaborate with global 2-stroke and OEM service teams on growth initiatives
- Maintain visibility of the regional sales pipeline and provide structured updates
- Train and mentor the 2-stroke team and local sales champions on solutions
- Analyse market trends and customer needs, feeding insights into product and sales development
- Co-develop tailored service solutions with customers and global service functions
- Build strong customer relationships at all levels and work collaboratively across internal teams to maximise growth
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marine, Sales & Marketing, or related discipline (Mechanical or Marine Engineering advantageous)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or sales support within Services or Marine Solutions
- Experience managing complex sales cycles such as service agreements or project-based services
- Proven ability to lead or coach teams within a sales environment
- Strong record of building and maintaining customer relationships; marine industry network a plus
- Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite
- Excellent consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficient in CRM systems and pipeline management
- Ability to manage multiple complex sales activities simultaneously
- Fluent in spoken and written English
