- Lead the company’s entry into hold cleaning by identifying clients and opportunities.
- Build and manage strong relationships with tanker and dry bulk operators.
- Oversee the full sales cycle—from first inquiry to delivery.
- Collaborate with HQ in Europe and regional partners to align on strategy.
- Work closely with technical teams to deliver tailored, solution-driven offerings.
- Represent the organization at industry events and contribute to regional business plans.
- Proven B2B sales experience (maritime sector preferred).
- Strong track record in managing the complete sales cycle.
- Technical mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to demonstrate business impact through:
- Consistent sales growth and market expansion.
- New client acquisition and customer base development.
- Willingness to present a business case in the final interview stage.
- Regional travel required, with occasional visits to Europe.
