Faststream is partnering with a trusted global partner in maritime tank cleaning that is expanding its presence in Asia. As part of this growth strategy, we seek a Sales Manager based in Singapore to strengthen their market position in tank cleaning and lead our client's entry into the hold cleaning segment.

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to own a region, build client relationships, and drive growth across two dynamic markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow market share for maritime tank cleaning solutions across Asia-Pacific.
  • Lead the company’s entry into hold cleaning by identifying clients and opportunities.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with tanker and dry bulk operators.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle—from first inquiry to delivery.
  • Collaborate with HQ in Europe and regional partners to align on strategy.
  • Work closely with technical teams to deliver tailored, solution-driven offerings.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and contribute to regional business plans.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven B2B sales experience (maritime sector preferred).
  • Strong track record in managing the complete sales cycle.
  • Technical mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to demonstrate business impact through:
    • Consistent sales growth and market expansion.
    • New client acquisition and customer base development.
  • Willingness to present a business case in the final interview stage.
  • Regional travel required, with occasional visits to Europe.
  • Fluency in English; Mandarin or Bahasa is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and effective in multicultural environments.
