Sales Manager - Maritime Technology
 
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join a dynamic and innovative team within the maritime technology sector. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong commercial acumen and a passion for shipping, navigation, or maritime solutions.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve or exceed direct sales targets within the assigned region.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for both new and existing customers.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and respond proactively to emerging opportunities.
  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of company products, technologies, and solutions.
  • Drive new business development while nurturing long-term customer relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in Salesforce.
  • Travel internationally to meet clients and attend industry meetings and events.
Requirements
  • Degree in Economics, Marketing, Sales, or Maritime-related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in merchant shipping, maritime technology, or a related sales environment.
  • Strong interest in shipping, navigation, defence, and/or technology sectors.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Well-organized with a structured and initiative-driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel both locally and internationally.
