Our Client specializes in cutting-edge satellite & hybrid communication solutions, IT services, and Cybersecurity tailored for the maritime industry. With operations across Cyprus, Germany, Greece, the UAE, Monaco, and Singapore, we seek an experienced Accounts & Sales Manager to lead growth in the Commercial Maritime sector. Based in the Singapore office, this role involves driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring account retention and expansion across the APAC region.
This role requires regular regional travel and occasional visits to Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales growth by managing the full sales cycle from onboarding to retention and upselling
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and maintain clear client communications
• Develop account plans to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships
• Maintain accurate pipeline and client data in the CRM system
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and seminars
• Collaborate with channel partners to maximize business opportunities
• Oversee account administration, including receivables, renewals, and contract reviews
About you:
• Minimum 5 years’ B2B consultative sales experience in the maritime industry
• Proven track record selling IT and cybersecurity solutions (consulting services experience a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of International Maritime IT, Cybersecurity, and Connectivity markets
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Strategic thinker with proven pipeline management and client-centric approach
• Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable to dynamic and complex environments
• Singaporean or Singapore PR only
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, PipeDrive)
• Fluency in English
