This role is responsible for accelerating revenue growth across the Asia Pacific region through aggressive new business development and market expansion within the maritime sector. You will identify, develop, and close high-value sales opportunities while managing strategic key accounts and distributor partners across priority markets.
The successful candidate will take full ownership of the sales pipeline, consistently achieve revenue targets, and collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders to build long-term customer and partner relationships. The role requires frequent regional travel and a results-driven, hunter-oriented mindset.
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales success with a strong history of meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience selling maritime, satellite, or technology-based solutions
- Demonstrated capability in new business development and channel management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English required; Chinese proficiency an advantage)
