We are seeking a motivated and experienced Marine Lubricants Sales Executive to support business growth across South East Asia. This full-time role can be based either in Singapore or remotely around the SEA region and focuses on developing new business while building long-term client relationships within the marine industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new customer accounts across assigned markets
- Drive sales through cold calling, customer mapping, territory planning, and opportunity qualification
- Deliver value-based solutions by upselling and improving lubricant supply and lifting practices for client fleets
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand requirements and ensure long-term retention
- Achieve sales volume targets and manage customer debt in collaboration with the finance team
- Work closely with operations and supply teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries across regions and time zones
- Track and monitor sales performance on a daily basis
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across different cultures and backgrounds
