Are you a results-driven sales professional passionate about maritime innovation and digital transformation? We are hiring a Sales Manager to join a leading global satellite communications company to drive growth and strengthen client relationships across the region.
What You Will Do
- Manage and grow direct retail accounts in the maritime sector across the region.
- Develop strategic partnerships and shift relationships from transactional to consultative.
- Identify new business opportunities across the maritime value chain (including but not limited to shipyards, designers, OEMs) and promote digitalization via satellite connectivity solutions.
- Lead account planning, negotiations, renewals, and revenue performance.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and regional channel partners to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record in solution-based or strategic sales, ideally within maritime, ICT, or industrial tech.
- Strong relationship-building skills across multiple stakeholder levels.
- Comfortable managing both direct clients and channel partnerships.
- Excellent communication, commercial acumen, and CRM reporting skills.
- Fluent in English; additional Asian languages a plus.
- Willingness to travel regionally.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude.
- Curiosity for new technologies and quick adaptability.
- Team player with a proactive, client-first approach.
- Prior experience in maritime communications or IoT solutions is highly advantageous.
