Regional Sales Manager – Maritime Connectivity & Technology

Are you a results-driven sales professional passionate about maritime innovation and digital transformation? We are hiring a Sales Manager to join a leading global satellite communications company to drive growth and strengthen client relationships across the region.

What You Will Do
  • Manage and grow direct retail accounts in the maritime sector across the region.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and shift relationships from transactional to consultative.
  • Identify new business opportunities across the maritime value chain (including but not limited to shipyards, designers, OEMs) and promote digitalization via satellite connectivity solutions.
  • Lead account planning, negotiations, renewals, and revenue performance.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and regional channel partners to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
What You Will Bring to the table
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record in solution-based or strategic sales, ideally within maritime, ICT, or industrial tech.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across multiple stakeholder levels.
  • Comfortable managing both direct clients and channel partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, commercial acumen, and CRM reporting skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional Asian languages a plus.
  • Willingness to travel regionally.
