- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation
- Present digital and satcom solutions aligned with client needs
- Maintain pipeline and sales activity via HubSpot CRM
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and service delivery teams
- Represent the company at industry events (3–4 times/year)
- 4–6 years' B2B sales experience in maritime, satellite, telecom, or related industries
- Strong understanding of NAVCOM systems, VSAT, and maritime digital solutions
- Familiarity with the Asia-Pacific market
- Skilled in relationship building, negotiation, and solution selling
- Proficient in HubSpot and MS Office
- Degree in business, sales, or related field
