You must have a COC Class 1 and be an ex-AHTS Master or C/O Mariner with knowledge of local manning regulations preferred. At least 2 years of managerial experience in relevant capacity and scope within the offshore sector.
The Regional Operations Manager for Asia Pacific will be responsible for overseeing vessel operations, crew management, budgeting, and team management. This includes regular vessel visits, managing employee schedules, internal audits, liaising with agencies, and managing expenses. The Manager will also be responsible for crew management, including relief schedules, development plans, and disciplinary matters. You will lead the team, plan staffing levels, and create an engaging workplace culture.
