The package is extensive and includes;
Competitive base salary of £40,000+ (DOE) & On Target Earnings (OTE) of £80,000
No Threshold/Uncapped Commission Scheme of up to 30%
Team Commission Scheme
26 Days Annual Leave + public holidays
Company Car Allowance of £500 per month

What is the role of a Recruitment Manager? Who are we looking for?
Heading up our established Energy Division, you’ll be partnering with Clients internationally within the Renewable Energy market (wind, wave, tidal) and Offshore Oil & Gas. You and your team will be partnering with companies of all shapes and sizes from global engineering consultants to cutting-edge technology players, owners and operators of sophisticated offshore assets. This is a highly innovative, technical sector with the opportunity for global travel and participation in key industry events. You will be providing high-end, contract & permanent recruitment solutions across the EMEA.
This role will involve managing, developing and growing your team, building relationships with business owners, winning new business and working alongside the Director of the Marine & Energy business and senior management team on the strategic vision & direction of the Energy Division.
You do not need to have a background in Energy, we have 20 + years of experience in this sector so can teach you what you need to know. But you will need to have the confidence, tenacity and resilience to learn about your market and hit the ground running on business development.
