No cold calling or new business development, just delivery of high-quality recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key client accounts in the global maritime industry
- Manage the full, client and candidate recruitment process, placing high-quality talent into business-critical roles
- Build proactive pipelines and talent communities in specialist verticals
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients - sharing insight, data, and market trends
- Collaborate with our BD and leadership team to strengthen client partnerships
- Focus on long-term delivery success, not short-term sales targets
Who We’re Looking For:
- A Recruitment Consultant with 2+ years’ experience in candidate delivery
- High emotional intelligence – the ability to understand and manage client and candidate needs
- Ability to build ‘trusted advisor’ client relationships and demonstrate a consultative, solutions-led mindset
- Highly organised with a strong sense of urgency and delivery, every day.
- Energy, enthusiasm, and persistence in finding a solution for every recruitment challenge
