About the Role
As an Executive Search Consultant, you will lead the full lifecycle of retained and exclusive search mandates, from initial brief to successful placement and post-hire integration. You will partner directly with C-suite stakeholders, providing market intelligence, talent benchmarking, and succession planning insight — positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in their most critical hiring decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Winning and delivering retained executive search assignments globally
- Advising clients on organisational structure, leadership profiling, and hiring strategy
- Conducting in-depth search and selection processes: market mapping, engagement, interviews, shortlisting, referencing, and offer negotiation
- Building long-term client partnerships based on insight, value, and delivery
- Representing Faststream as a thought leader across industry events, panels, and executive networks

- A minimum of 8 years’ recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to mid-to-senior level hiring
