Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE management systems in line with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
- Serve as DPA and CSO for the UAE fleet, ensuring compliance with ISM, MLC, and flag-state requirements.
- Conduct internal audits, investigate incidents, and apply root-cause analysis to ensure effective corrective actions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment between operational activities and QHSE objectives.
- Maintain and update the company risk register, ensuring appropriate control measures are in place.
- Provide QHSE inductions and training to staff and promote a strong safety culture across all teams and vessels.
- Coordinate management reviews, performance reporting, and KPI tracking.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, including UAE and NL Flag regulations.
- Proven experience in a similar QHSE management position, ideally within the offshore marine, windfarm, or oil & gas industries.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Detailed knowledge of quality assurance, auditing, and certification processes.
- Experienced in problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies.
- NEBOSH certification is desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of UAE and NL Flag regulatory frameworks preferred.
