A well-established international supply and services organization is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead global sourcing and pricing strategies across a broad range of time-sensitive consumable products.

Based in Singapore, you will be responsible for developing and executing global procurement strategies that support profitability, service reliability, and operational excellence. You will oversee supplier networks, pricing structures, and sourcing initiatives across multiple regions, working closely with regional offices and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global procurement strategies to support business performance
  • Manage and maintain competitive pricing structures across regions and product categories
  • Monitor market trends, commodity pricing, and FX movements to inform pricing strategies
  • Oversee supplier onboarding, due diligence, and ongoing compliance reviews
  • Build and manage long-term supplier partnerships, including negotiations and performance monitoring
  • Align procurement processes and resources across regions to improve efficiency and consistency
  • Collaborate with regional operations and commercial teams to address procurement requirements
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of price lists, supplier data, and contract terms within ERP systems
  • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, volume consolidation, and cost reduction programs
  • Track procurement KPIs and provide structured reporting to senior management
  • Lead, coach, and develop procurement team members
  • Drive continuous improvement across procurement systems, processes, and governance
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably within consumables, perishables, or supply-driven industries
  • Strong understanding of global supplier management, pricing structures, and contract negotiations
  • Experience managing multiple product categories with variable pricing and availability
  • Familiarity with commodity trends, FX impacts, and cost drivers
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with ERP or procurement systems
  • People management experience, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
  • Knowledge of procurement governance, compliance, and international trade considerations
