We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Officer to join a dynamic team in the maritime sector. This role is key to managing and coordinating enquiries related to navigation and communication services, ensuring smooth execution from initial enquiry through to after-sales support.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the full operational cycle of navigation and communication service enquiries
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the process
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer expectations
- Provide after-sales support and maintain strong client relationships
- University degree in Maritime Studies or a related field
- Previous experience in operations or sales is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Capable of working effectively under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
