The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Officer to join a dynamic team in the maritime sector. This role is key to managing and coordinating enquiries related to navigation and communication services, ensuring smooth execution from initial enquiry through to after-sales support.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the full operational cycle of navigation and communication service enquiries
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the process
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services
  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer expectations
  • Provide after-sales support and maintain strong client relationships
Skills Required
  • University degree in Maritime Studies or a related field
  • Previous experience in operations or sales is advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Capable of working effectively under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
