Are you a professional in the dry bulk operations industry, hungry for success and ready to take on new challenges? Look no further! We are hiring for a well-established owner/operator company seeking to expand its ambitious team in Singapore, and we are looking for a talented Operations Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Manage vessel operations, including owned and chartered tonnage (Bulk Carrier).
- Verify stowage plans and dead weight calculations.
- Review and control port disbursements and vouchers.
- Issue voyage instructions to Masters and communicate with various stakeholders.
- Handle financial tasks, such as issuing hire statements, credit notes, and invoices.
- Calculate laytime and manage bunker purchases.
- Manage correspondence with the P+I Club and attend to claims.
- Handle remittances and banking operations.
- 1-2 years of bulk vessel operations experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- No work visa quota available.
