Reporting to the head office in Greece, this role requires proficiency in Chinese for local client interactions and English for internal communications with our global team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily offshore fleet operations.
- Update systems weekly with reports and certificates.
- Approve port disbursements and manage hire certificates.
- Support vessel captains with specialist advice.
- Monitor fleet performance and client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with international and Flag State regulations.
- Assist with crew budgets and cost control.
- Act as part of the Emergency Response Team.
- Fluent in Chinese and English. (Must have both)
- Experience in offshore fleet management. Experience with Offshore cable laying will be a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
