In this position, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth crewing operations and regulatory compliance across the fleet. Your responsibilities include preparing and monitoring the crewing budget, verifying crew qualifications, overseeing documentation and records, coordinating crew changes, and ensuring compliance with international requirements. You will also manage visa matters, flag state applications, P&I documentation, training programme oversight, and regular interaction with vessels to uphold welfare, operational standards, and statutory obligations.


Key Requirements
  • Strong understanding of crewing operations with at least 3 years' experience in the industry - specifically crewing for large seagoing ships, i.e bulk carriers, container ships, or tanker vessels.
  • Confident communicator with solid organisational, negotiation, and stakeholder-management abilities.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver accurate, high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.
