While previous sales experience in the maritime industry would be advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement. We welcome applications from recent graduates and individuals without relevant experience who possess a strong aptitude for sales and negotiation and a keen willingness to rapidly acquire the necessary skills in the trade. Knowledge of the Italian language would also be considered a very valuable asset, as a significant number of the company's clients are based in Italy.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Senior Bunker Traders to secure new business opportunities and establish enduring relationships with clients and key industry contacts. Provide exceptional trading services to ensure utmost customer satisfaction.
- Familiarize yourself with customers, suppliers, barge operators, port authorities, and surveyors, becoming a trusted point of contact for customer inquiries and transactions.
- Acquire a solid understanding of the basic bunker purchasing process and commonly used terms. Assist in gathering and following up on pre-sale and pre/post-delivery information.
- Conduct market research and actively prospect for new business opportunities. Develop and maintain your own portfolio of customers and suppliers.
- Engage in daily trading activities on behalf of clients, optimizing rates to mutually benefit the company and the client.
- Provide assistance and support to the trading team with miscellaneous tasks as required.
