We are seeking a strategic and commercially astute Head of Corporate Development to work closely with the CEO in shaping and executing the group's long-term growth strategy.
The Role
As a key member of the leadership team, you will lead corporate development initiatives end-to-end — including M&A, strategic investments, fundraising, capital planning, and portfolio advisory. You will play a critical role in driving expansion, strengthening investor relationships, and positioning the group for scalable, sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead M&A and strategic investment activities from origination through execution and integration
- Drive fundraising initiatives and manage capital planning across the group
- Oversee investor relations, shareholder communications, and Board reporting
- Advise portfolio companies on strategy, capital structure, and growth planning
- Support turnaround or special situations across operating entities where required
- Build and manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and strategic partners
- Represent the organisation at key industry and investment engagements
- 10+ years of experience in corporate development, strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, or related fields
- Proven track record in executing M&A transactions and capital raises
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and strategic analysis capabilities
- Experience engaging senior leadership, Boards, and institutional investors
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced growth environment
- MBA, CFA, or relevant advanced qualifications preferred
