They are looking for an experienced hire for their Head of Commercial/Chief Commercial Officer to lead both their drybulk and tanker division
Responsibilities
- Identify and implement potential business strategy for fleet management and potential business growth
- Lead all market activities, provide regular business analysis, formulate, and recommend suitable business strategy
- To communicate and ensure all departments are aligning with the business model and profitability
The successful candidate will be someone:
- min 10 years of freight forward experience in both/or bulk vessels and tanker
- leadership and management skills
- Familiar with trading strategy related to freight forwarding
- Ability to strategize and implement solutions
