Job Position Summary

Working closely with the Group HR Director, this key role is responsible for leading our client's global business partnering efforts, HR policy design, total rewards, employee data, structural change and outsourced payroll oversight. In addition, the role holder will directly support Hong Kong and North Asia management and lead a team of two.

Requirements
  • Passion for the evolving world of work and how that impacts modern HR practice.
  • Strong understanding of HK employment law
  • At least ten years’ generalist HR experience, at least three of which were at a managerial level
  • Experience in executing major organisational change initiatives
  • Experience leading compensation and benefits / rewards strategies
  • Practical experience in coaching and mentoring
  • Experience with cloud-based HR systems such as SAP Success Factors
Salary: HKD 85,000 - HKD 120,000
