Faststream is partnering with a fast-growing, internationally backed dry bulk operator. Looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to step straight into live voyages and make an impact from day one.
What you’ll do
- Run end-to-end voyage operations from post-fixture to completion
- Oversee port ops, cargo handling, stowage, and vessel gear performance
- Work closely with chartering, technical, crewing, masters, and agents
- Monitor voyage performance, costs, and handle operational claims
- Spot problems early and fix them faster than a delayed pilot
- Proven experience operating Handysize/Supramax vessels
- Owner or operator background (parceling experience welcome)
- Confident running voyages independently
- Curious, commercial-minded, and genuinely into shipping
- Team player who thrives in a flat, trust-based culture
