FINANCIAL & PROJECT COORDINATOR – Refit & New Build

Location: Monaco (remote working considered from EU or UK)

On behalf of a global yacht management company, we are seeking a Financial & Project Coordinator to support refit and new build projects. This role combines financial oversight with project coordination and acts as a key link between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project budgets, cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee project accounting, purchase orders, and invoice review.
  • Support and improve project financial processes and controls.
  • Coordinate administrative and project-related tasks across assigned projects.
  • Liaise with internal teams, yacht management, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Previous yacht or maritime experience preferred (on-board or shore-based). 
  • Relevant accounting or finance qualification or experience.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience supporting projects, ideally within shipbuilding, refit, or maritime environments.
  • Confident using financial and project software systems.
  • Permanent right to work in the EU or UK is required.
Fixed-term 12-month contract, with the potential to become permanent thereafter.

Salary based on experience.
