Location: Monaco (remote working considered from EU or UK)
On behalf of a global yacht management company, we are seeking a Financial & Project Coordinator to support refit and new build projects. This role combines financial oversight with project coordination and acts as a key link between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project budgets, cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Oversee project accounting, purchase orders, and invoice review.
- Support and improve project financial processes and controls.
- Coordinate administrative and project-related tasks across assigned projects.
- Liaise with internal teams, yacht management, and external stakeholders.
- Previous yacht or maritime experience preferred (on-board or shore-based).
- Relevant accounting or finance qualification or experience.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience supporting projects, ideally within shipbuilding, refit, or maritime environments.
- Confident using financial and project software systems.
- Permanent right to work in the EU or UK is required.
