This isn’t a routine operational role this is about leadership. You’ll take ownership of budgeting, reporting, and financial controls, but more importantly, you’ll shape the team, drive performance, and bring clarity and consistency across all group entities. You have the freedom to get the job done your way just as long as it’s done correctly/timely.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading, developing and restructuring regional finance teams
- Overseeing monthly financial reporting, budgeting, and group-level controls
- Managing multi-entity financial oversight and group cash flow
- Improving team performance, structure, and clarity
- Building banking relationships, managing credit lines, and overseeing trade finance
- Handling time-sensitive payments and supporting finance across time zones
- Collaborating with external auditors and key stakeholders at year-end
- Supporting senior leadership with high-impact insights and recommendations
- Full-time | 08:30 – 17:30 (Flexibility Required Across Time Zones)
- €72,000 per annum + benefits + car allowance

- Experience working in shipping, maritime, or related industries
- Proven ability to restructure, lead and motivate international teams
- Strong technical expertise across all areas of finance and budgeting
- A flexible mindset, responsive to time-sensitive issues and global operations
