We are recruiting for an Electronic Systems Superintendent (shore based) to manage the engineering of electrical/electronic systems on a fleet of offshore DP vessels.
This role will require that you are able to obtain US Security Clearance, so you will need to be a US Citizen to apply.
You must be based in the US, but you will be able to work from home, with occasional travel to the company's offices or ships as required.
Along with the Chief Engineers, you will manage the team of Electronic Technicians working onboard the vessels and ensure maintenance of the equipment is/has been carried out as required.
You will be responsible for ensuring regulatory requirements are maintained for certification and training purposes and navigation equipment is kept up to date.
Ideally you will be degree qualified or be able to demonstrate a high level of experience in ships electronic systems. You will need to be highly organized and able to work efficiently, following company and ISO processes and procedures.
