We are partnering with an established ship owner to hire for a Deputy Group Treasurer in Singapore.
To be considered, you need to have the relevant treasury experience working in the maritime industry, ideally with exposure on S&P of vessels, ship building project, etc.
Supporting the General Manager for Finance and Treasury to manage lender relationship and monitor loan covenant compliance. FP&A - participate in developing or improving model for investment calculations and company's long term projection. Cashflow and financial projection preparations. Liaise with banks and lawyers for payment arrangement for projects or vessel purchases, as well as for KYC requirements and escrow account arrangement for sales of vessels. Cash management. Financial forecast and reporting.
