Faststream Recruitment has partnered with a client who is looking to grow their presence in Singapore. They are looking for a dynamic Customer Success Manager to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all post-sales activity for customers through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, planning and execution
  • Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with assigned clients. Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Ensure accuracy of order details, including product codes, quantities, pricing, and shipping information with assistance from Client Services.
  • Engage in internal product discussions, translating customer usage and feedback into actionable insights and feature ideas
Requirements
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in managing client relationship
  • Great oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
