Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all post-sales activity for customers through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, planning and execution
- Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with assigned clients. Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Ensure accuracy of order details, including product codes, quantities, pricing, and shipping information with assistance from Client Services.
- Engage in internal product discussions, translating customer usage and feedback into actionable insights and feature ideas
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in managing client relationship
- Great oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
