Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for project logistics services
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within key industry verticals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, project owners, and industrial clients
- Lead RFQ/RFP processes, including solution design and pricing strategy
- Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure successful project execution
- Negotiate contracts and long-term agreements
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM reporting
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
- 5+ years of experience in project logistics, freight forwarding, or heavy-lift transportation
- Proven track record in B2B sales and large project acquisition
- Strong understanding of multimodal transport solutions (sea, air, road, rail)
- Experience handling oversized, out-of-gauge (OOG), and breakbulk cargo
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to manage complex commercial discussions
- Willingness to travel as required
