Faststream Recruitment has partnered with a growing freight-forwarding organization who is looking to expand their team. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for project logistics services
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within key industry verticals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, project owners, and industrial clients
  • Lead RFQ/RFP processes, including solution design and pricing strategy
  • Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Negotiate contracts and long-term agreements
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM reporting
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in project logistics, freight forwarding, or heavy-lift transportation
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and large project acquisition
  • Strong understanding of multimodal transport solutions (sea, air, road, rail)
  • Experience handling oversized, out-of-gauge (OOG), and breakbulk cargo
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage complex commercial discussions
  • Willingness to travel as required
