Faststream have partnered with a dynamic international oranisation who provide a range of software solutions to the maritime industry, in the view to attract and engage an experienced Customer Service Manager to join their team in Singapore. 

For this role the ideal candidate will be the bridge between the client and the internal stakeholders of the organisation, including developers, technical support and project managers. 

You will be partnering closely with the client to understand their business requirements and how this solution can add value to their processes and help them to meet their business goals. 

You will be optimising the customer journey and ensuring all project milestones are met, by working closely with the project managers and developer and by representing the clients best interests to the internal stakeholders. 

You will also be a super user of the system, providing technical training and systems advice to clients. 

This role requires previous experience in customer sucess within maritime software. Those who have experience in chartering will be held in high regard. 

You will be organised, have high attention to detail and have exceptional communication skills.
