We are working with a global maritime organisation operating within the classification sector that is looking for a Germany Key Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of existing and targeted accounts. Based ideally in Hamburg, this role will play a key part in driving revenue, margin, and long-term customer loyalty across the German market.
This role is focused on owning key customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and acting as a trusted advisor, with a strong emphasis on classification services across the maritime industry.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage a portfolio of assigned and targeted accounts
- Act as the main point of contact for customers
- Identify and prioritise high-potential accounts
- Manage the full account lifecycle

- Maintain accurate data in Salesforce
