Faststream is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join global Ship Operator in Hamburg.
This role will be to cover all areas of customer service, as well as tracking cargo, monitoring ships and the progress of orders. You will need to have knowledge of the shipping industry, an understanding of containers and a strong command of English language for this role.
You will be joining a large global shipping company with opportunities to progress. You will need the right to work in Europe for this role.
