Faststream is recruiting for an experienced Customer Care Handler to join a leading multinational company providing engineering solutions and services to offshore and marine industries.
You are required to have experience in assisting with customers’ orders fulfillment and maintaining good relations with stakeholders. You will need to verify customer’s purchase orders with related quotations, follow up order confirmations, handle nonconformities and claims, as well participating in cross-functional projects.
Due to the nature of this position, customers, and suppliers you will be corresponding with, fluency in Korean language is required.
