Key Responsibilities:
- Attend company vessels calling Singapore and manage inward/outward clearance, including coordination of tugs and pilots.
- Liaise with vessel Masters regarding notices, arrival formalities, and port-related information.
- Provide husbandry services for vessels in Singapore, including crew changes, mail, immigration, and cash handling.
- Support the Technical Department with supply of stores, spares, lubricants, and bunkers.
- Coordinate surveys, services, and other support activities for vessels to ensure smooth port operations.
- Arrange medical assistance and other welfare requirements for crew members.
- Assist with visa, transport, and logistical arrangements for office and crew personnel.
- Promote environmental management practices in line with ISO 14001 standards.
- Ensure efficient coordination of all assigned port calls.
- ITE/N Level or Diploma, with relevant agency or maritime training.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping agency work in Singapore.
- Ability to manage priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to attend vessels onboard as needed.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours due to vessel schedules.
