Faststream Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading ship owner who are currently looking for a Crewing Officer to join their established team in Monaco
The Role:
As a Crewing Officer, your main responsibilities will include crew selection, recruitment, deployment, rotation, and appraisal. You will maintain personnel files for crew members and ensure that seafarers are qualified, medically fit, competent, and certified in accordance with national, flag administration regulations, and STCW requirements. Additionally, you will organize and supervise crew travel and handle foreign country entry requirements.
Requirements:
We are seeking candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a Crewing/Marine HR position. Fluency in English is essential, along with a strong understanding of IT systems such as Word and Excel.
