Are you an experienced Crewing professional looking to take the next step in a dynamic ship management environment?

We are working with a reputable ship management who is seeking a Crewing Superintendent to join their team in Singapore.

As the key point of contact for assigned vessels, you will be responsible for overseeing safe manning, crew change planning, travel arrangements, certification compliance, performance tracking, and career progression for seafarers. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless crewing operations in line with MLC, STCW, and flag state regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute crew changes in compliance with employment agreements and vessel schedules
  • Ensure crew certification, medical fitness, and visa requirements are met
  • Liaise with owners/operators, manning agents, and travel partners
  • Maintain accurate records and monitor crew performance and training needs
  • Support cadet development, career planning, and recruitment of new crew
  • Participate in audits, disbursement reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
Who we’re looking for:
  • Sailing background as an officer OR minimum 2 years' experience in a related crewing role.
  • Strong understanding of MLC, STCW, and flag state compliance
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
  • Proactive, organised, and calm under pressure
