Crewing Manager | Mumbai

You will oversee all crewing operations, ensuring compliance with MLC, STCW, and internal standards. Responsibilities include monitoring team performance, managing crew sourcing, planning manpower requirements, handling grievances, and maintaining strong relationships with manning agencies, unions, and local authorities. You will also manage budgets, drive KPIs, and support business growth through continuous process improvement and strategic crew planning.
Key Requirements
- Demonstrated capability to lead crewing operations, ensuring team performance and compliance with maritime standards
- In-depth knowledge of international maritime regulations and crew certification requirements
- Relevant maritime qualification (degree/certification) or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with tanker or dry fleet operations is highly advantageous
