  • 28 days holiday + 2 half-days at festive season

  • Generous pension (5% employee / 12% employer)
  • Private healthcare with Axa PPP
  • Life assurance & income protection
  • Personal wellbeing allowance (£1,250 per year)
  • Personal benefits allowance
  • Electric vehicle scheme & annual travel loan
  • Ride2Work cycle scheme

  • Flexible working hours (core hours 9.15am – 5.15pm, with flexibility between 7am – 7pm)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling and managing a portfolio of complex People (Personal Injury) claims within the P&I framework.
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective claims management.
  • Delivering a high standard of service and ensuring accurate, timely claims resolution.
  • Contributing to the smooth running of the team during this busy period.
About You:
  • Proven experience in P&I claims is essential (not necessarily from within a P&I Club, but familiarity with P&I processes is required).
  • Personal Injury claims experience is desirable but not essential – an interest and willingness to work on these claims is important.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
Why Apply?

This is a fantastic short-term opportunity to join a collaborative and knowledgeable team within the shipping insurance space. You will gain exposure to a wide variety of challenging and rewarding claims work, particularly on the people side, while developing your expertise in a supportive and engaging environment.
