We are seeking a Chartering Executive to partner with senior management and internal stakeholders – optimizing fleet deployment, overseeing chartering activities, managing contracts, and ensuring smooth voyage execution across multiple operations.

Location: Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to strategic planning and commercial decision-making regarding fleet deployment
Prepare, analyze, and present operational and performance reports to management
Track vessel movements and coordinate with service providers to ensure timely operations
Negotiate service agreements, charter terms, and operational contracts with external partners
Manage disputes, claims, and other operational or contractual issues
Provide guidance to ship teams on voyage planning, loading, and unloading activities
Source and evaluate proposals from agencies and service providers to support operations
Communicate operational updates, commercial matters, and voyage progress to stakeholders

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Shipping, Logistics, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in chartering, vessel operations, or post-fixture management
Strong commercial understanding of shipping operations and contract negotiation
Experience in handling operational claims and managing contracts is advantageous
