This is a front-line commercial role for someone who knows how to sell ship management services, build trust with shipowners, and grow market share.
What you’ll be doing:
- Winning new ship management contracts and expanding existing accounts.
- Building strong relationships with shipowners, operators, and investors – especially in Southeast Asia Region + China.
- Presenting and negotiating high-value technical & crew management solutions.
- Acting as the bridge between clients and internal operations to ensure service excellence.
- Proven track record in business development within a ship management firm.
- Able to create operating expense budgets for technical management and crew management of ships.
- Strong network with shipowners across Asia.
- Fluent in Mandarin & English – essential for engaging Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
- Commercially driven, results-focused, and ready to make an impact.
