We relied on proactively scaling the RPO resources and capabilities through a thorough understanding of the medium-long term workforce development plans. We built our RPO team with proven recruitment professionals and supported them with first-class digital tools and by executing specialist marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and our Client’s share of voice in a crowded market.

We provided advice and consultancy on role design, time-to-hire and recruitment strategies. As well as developing structure and process into the recruitment system to work in adherence to specific hiring plans and support new hiring managers get up to speed quickly.
