Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automated Screening

As part of our recruitment process, Faststream Recruitment Group uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist in screening job applications.

In particular, we use an AI-based tool, POPP, to assess candidate CVs against a set of pre-defined role-specific criteria. Based on this assessment, some candidates may be invited to continue their application via an AI-powered WhatsApp conversation. This automated interaction is used to further evaluate relevant experience and suitability for the role.

Only candidates who successfully meet the criteria at these stages will be referred to a human recruitment consultant for further consideration.

These assessments do not involve profiling or decision-making based on sensitive personal data. The criteria used for automated decisions are defined and reviewed by our recruitment team. You have the right to request that any automated decision be reviewed by a member of our team and to express your point of view or contest the outcome. To do so, please contact our Data Controller at privacy@faststream.com.

We believe the use of this technology helps ensure a fair and efficient process for all applicants and is necessary for the performance of our services.

Do Not Call (DNC) Registry

In compliance with the DNC (Do Not Call) Registry provisions, Faststream Recruitment PTE Ltd will not send specified messages to telephone or fascimile numbers that appear on the DNC Registry unless the user/subscriber has given us clear and unambiguous consent to do so.

If you have given us such consent, we will continue to contact you until you wish to withdraw this consent.

Please be informed that we will still contact you via the most effective and efficient mode where required by law.

If you wish to withdraw your consent for us to send you sales and marketing information via a particular mode, or all modes of communications please notify us in writing to our contact details below. We may require up to 4 weeks, upon receipt of your request, for the change to take effect.
