I am currently working with an established Yacht Management Company and have an exciting opportunity to join the team in the role of Yacht Operations.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
  • Enforcing regulatory requirements across your designated fleet of yachts
  • Completing vessel ISM / Mini ISM company feedback on returns
  • Assisting the Head of Yacht Management in training the Yacht Operations team
  • Managing crew, supplier and team relationships. 
This is a new position at an exciting time, which will allow the right candidate to establish themselves within a company that has witnessed continued growth and expansion.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience on Superyachts - Deck background, Captain/Master Mariner, Chief Officer / 1st Officer 
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken) and Computer Literacy
  • A passion for the industry and the desire to establish their career shoreside.
This position offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work ashore with a leading company, enjoy an attractive package and travel. Candidates must have the existing right to live and work in the USA out of their office in Fort Lauderdale. This is not a remote or hybrid role.
