In this role, you’ll support the coordination of financial operations across a portfolio of managed yachts, helping to ensure that all contractual and operational financial obligations are met with precision.
You’ll use your strong financial acumen to maintain accurate daily accounts and ensure operating procedures are adhered to. A sound understanding of accounts payable and treasury processes is essential, along with the ability to identify and resolve any bottlenecks within these areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day financial operations for a portfolio of managed yachts
- Support accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and treasury tasks
- Identify process inefficiencies and proactively contribute to improvements
- Ensure compliance with accounting deadlines and internal procedures
- Liaise professionally with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Proven numerical skills and excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar finance or accounts-based role
- Familiarity with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel preferred
