My client is a leading UK Port Operator based whom have an exciting opportunity to hire a number of Watch Managers into their operation in Kent.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the coordination between the VTS department as well as other departments within the Port, as part of the leadership and Harbour Master team. This will be an interesting role that will prove highly rewarding and offers a fast-track route into senior leadership for ambitious individuals with the right mindset.  

The ideal candidate will have:-
  • Experience as a VTS Officer with supervisory/management experience
and/or;
  • Master or Chief Officer Unlimited STCW certificate of competency
  • Sailed in rank as Chief Officer
  • Hold MCA VTS Log Book
  • C103-2 Supervisor Certificate desirable
