As a Shipping Agent/Vessel Operator, your main responsibility is the organization and monitoring of all activities and tasks to ensure a smooth ship call in the various ports of Germany.
Responsibilities-
- Contact person for ship owners, charterers, terminals and ships
- Contact with customs and port authorities, shipping service providers & maintenance companies
- Supervision of the ship's crew: e.g. organization of supply services, medical precautions, crew changes
- Correspondence with national and international customers
- Professional experience in shipping
- Driving license- class B
- Excellent German and English skills, spoken and written
- The ability to prioritize and solve customer-oriented problems
