Key Responsibilities
- Provide full technical management of assigned offshore vessels, including performance, maintenance and technical budgets
- Act as the primary shore-based technical contact for vessels during operations and mobilisations
- Ensure vessels operate in full compliance with flag, class, statutory and international regulations
- Plan, monitor and verify preventative and corrective maintenance to minimise downtime and non-conformities
- Coordinate and supervise ship repairs, dry-dockings and major technical projects
- Manage breakdowns by arranging spares, service engineers and repairs in a safe, cost-effective manner
- Monitor vessel technical KPIs, investigate incidents and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement
- Ensure statutory and class surveys are completed for all vessel plant and equipment
- Carry out Vessel Condition Assessments in cooperation with vessel owners
- Liaise with owners, insurers, service providers and internal stakeholders as required
- Participate in performance appraisals of senior onboard personnel
- Contribute to fleet-wide optimisation through collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Proven experience in a similar Technical Superintendent or shore-based cruise ship technical management role
- Strong knowledge of offshore vessel operations and marine engineering standards
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
