As Ventilation officer, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the ships ventilation, main AC water chiller systems and refrigeration to to ensure a safety, reliability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure compliance with standards
- Record and document all maintenance activities
- Ideally hold an EPA or FGAS certification or have the ability to obtain.
- Proven HVAC experience, ideally in a maritime/offshore setting
- Relevant HVAC/mechanical qualifications
- Excellent troubleshooting and teamwork skills
- Valid STCW certification and ENG1 medical (or willingness to obtain)
