As the UK&I Offshore Business Unit Manager, you will act as the external and internal figurehead of the UK&I offshore business for Marine and Offshore Business Stream and provide the vision, leadership and strategic direction to achieve the growth aspirations of the UK&I offshore business.
Requirements:
- A degree educated
- Membership of an appropriate professional institution
- Established experience and a thorough understanding of the offshore market, giving you the ability to manage commercial focus and identify new business opportunities.
- Broad and deep commercial experience and ability to develop market-based growth strategies
- Proficiency in the English Language commensurate with the work
- Ability and understanding to participate, communicate, positively contribute and add value in marine technical discussions with clients and LR colleagues alike
- Significant experience of successfully managing a team (preferably a large or matrix reporting group) including motivational skills in directing colleagues to achieve business objectives
- Demonstrated experience of business planning and influencing future business strategies
- Strong knowledge of financial and budgetary planning
