As the UK&I Offshore Business Unit Manager, you will act as the external and internal figurehead of the UK&I offshore business for Marine and Offshore Business Stream and provide the vision, leadership and strategic direction to achieve the growth aspirations of the UK&I offshore business.

Requirements: 
  • A degree educated
  • Membership of an appropriate professional institution
  • Established experience and a thorough understanding of the offshore market, giving you the ability to manage commercial focus and identify new business opportunities. 
  • Broad and deep commercial experience and ability to develop market-based growth strategies
  • Proficiency in the English Language commensurate with the work
  • Ability and understanding to participate, communicate, positively contribute and add value in marine technical discussions with clients and LR colleagues alike
  • Significant experience of successfully managing a team (preferably a large or matrix reporting group) including motivational skills in directing colleagues to achieve business objectives
  • Demonstrated experience of business planning and influencing future business strategies
  • Strong knowledge of financial and budgetary planning
