The Opportunity:
As a Training Officer, you will be ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality training services across our global initiatives. This position is tailor-made for a recently qualified maritime professional who is keen to broaden their horizons within the realm of maritime training. In this role, you will be instrumental in administering our cadet programs and training initiatives worldwide, offering a unique perspective on the execution of training strategies across different countries.
Your Role:
- Administer and oversee cadet programs and training initiatives, particularly in South Africa and India.
- Collaborate with the Deputy Head of Training to maintain our Quality Management System through meticulous auditing and data management.
- Influence decision-making with your data analysis and insightful reporting.
- Recently qualified maritime professional eager to expand your expertise in maritime training.
- A dynamic individual with a knack for program administration, data management, and report writing.
- Experience in maritime training is a plus, but not mandatory.
